Group Heart Healing Meditations

In a soothing relaxed setting, we gather as a group and are guided into a meditation.
The meditation assists each individual to focus within their own hearts.
Through intuitive sensing I collectively releases the deep-rooted & unprocessed
emotions as a group. While still in the meditative state each participant will
receive individual hands-on Energy healing as well as a soothing blanket
of healing light placed over them. The blankets of light will continue to heal each
individual as they are immersed in the calming healing sounds and vibrations
of instruments and crystal singing bowls.
The total immersive experience of Heart Healing Meditation promotes relaxation,
reduced stress and improves overall wellbeing as each individual begin
their personal journey reconnecting with themselves yet experiencing it within a group.

ABOUT
The beginning of my spiritual journey unfolded in 2016. I spent the year in and out of hospitals with my husband Gary fighting throat cancer and my son dealing with repercussions from a ruptured appendix. That year while trying to be the support system for my family many low emotions began to surface within myself. Waking up one morning with a heavy heart, I found myself feeling empty, lost and depleted of energy, at that moment I knew I needed to make a change. I found yoga first. It brought me a feeling of peace and a tool to help me look deep within myself. I then began my journey of Holy Fire Reiki healing, fell in love and continued until I was a Master Reiki Practitioner. Reiki is a tool that helps others naturally by using the beautiful energy that surrounds us on earth. As I continued helping others with Reiki I started to feel a pull that there was something else I needed to add. That is when Joanna Spano entered my life, who introduced me to her healing modality Divine Touch Healing. Now, I have combined all that I have learned into my own signature healing, Healing Through the Heart with Maria. I look forward to serving you with my specialized gifts of insight and healing energy.
